This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Acts of Nature: Heavy rain, flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, high winds, or freeze/thaw cycles.

Shingles or Structures: Damage to shingles or any structures caused by natural wind events.

Improper Maintenance: Neglect, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

Third-Party Interference: Damage from contractors or alterations made by others.

Natural Wear and Tear: Settling soil, aging plants, or other normal changes.

Wood Splitting: Wood is a natural material and may split over time. This is normal and does not compromise its structural integrity.
